Gardening

Cornucopia is a non-profit program dedicated to providing Calgarians with fresh, local, organic food choices. Since much of our food is transported over long distances and grown with chemical fertilizers and pesticides, growing our own food is an important way to reduce our impact on the environment.

We offer FREE participation in:

• Recreational gardening experiences
• Growing and donating food for local charities
• Educational workshops and on-the-spot learning
• Volunteering opportunities
